As a Microsoft-Certified Application Specialist, I'm an expert user of the Microsoft Office® suite of applications and can provide spreadsheets, databases, document templates, etc., specially designed for your business (click on the icons under 'Desktop Services' to the right for more details).

In addition, I'm able to programmatically modify the Microsoft Office suite of applications using a language called VBA. This means that they can be given additional functionality – a spreadsheet could automatically sort data alphabetically each time an entry is made on it, for example. This means that Microsoft Office skills gaps on the part of your office staff can be largely negated, and, unlike staff, our solutions won’t ever leave to find another job.

Ever more useful is the fact that one application can be controlled from another – so a Microsoft Word document could write itself based on a user’s input onto a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet, or a Microsoft Excel file could eMail itself via Microsoft Outlook® at the click on a single button on the spreadsheet. This being so, what is, in effect, new software can be provided for you, based on Microsoft Office but having abilities that the basic, unmodified Microsoft Office lacks.
