Many small businesses suffer from a skills shortage when it comes to using the Microsoft Office® suite of applications, or even using the Microsoft Windows® operating system in general. While my solutions can get around many of these skills gaps by automating tedious or difficult procedures, no amount of automation can get around the fact that at least some PC skills are absolutely essential for all office workers in the 21st century.

Employees with poor PC skills may make mistakes such as adding up figures incorrectly, storing files and folders in illogical areas of a network or hard drive, losing files or folders, deleting work accidentally, and many other serious blunders. The consequences of such unintentional mistakes can sometimes be considerable; rectifying them can waste time and resources that would have been better spent elsewhere. However, often all that is needed is a short time being tutored by an expert to enhance an employee's confidence and ability.

I'm experienced in providing one-to-one (or small group) training for office staff, with the aim of improving both knowledge and confidence when using Microsoft Office applications specifically, or a PC generally. I can either focus on specific areas, or take a more comprehesive approach.
