Prices for Bespoke Websites and Budget Web Design in Todmorden, Calderdale and throughout Yorkshire and Manchester, UK.
A basic single-page site can cost as little as £180, and each extra page starts at an additional £85 per page up to a total of five pages, and then an additional £75 per page for any further pages. These prices are based on the creation of basic webpages where the site's text content and graphics/images are provided by the client, and do not include features such as hosting, content-creation or the inclusion of log-in systems, databases, et cetera - these features are available at additional cost.
I ask for 50% of the total fee to be paid prior to work on the site commencing, with the other 50% payable on completion of the site, just before it goes online.
Unlike many other web designers, we will not charge to make basic amendments to the site after it is completed.
Note: While in the vast majority of cases the prices below will be adhered to, in some instances additional charges may apply if a job (or part of a job) is particularly difficult and/or time-consuming.

| (3) | SEO = "Search Engine Optimisation". This is a very basic service and, while improving your site's search engine visiblity, will not necessarily cause it to attain top rankings. More advanced SEO can be provided by our partners at additional cost |
| (4) | Graphics/images on your site can hugely increase its appeal and usability. These services are necessary if you do not wish to have a purely text-based site and you are unable are unwilling to provide graphics for the site yourself |
| (5) | Prices shown cover the entire site and are not 'each'. An example of a graphical navigation bar and examples of graphical buttons can be found on our website, and can add far more of a polished, stylish feel to a site than pure text versions would |
| (6) | Domain names start at around £3 but their price can be significantly higher - the price depends on the actual domain name itself. This service is necessary if you do not wish to register the domain name yourself: your website needs an "address" (ideally a logical one) for people to find it - this is the domain name |
| (7) | Billed annually in advance. The exact cost depends on the type of hosting required, but is unlikely to exceed £25 a month even for a top hosting package suitable for a larger and/or more complex website. This service is necessary if you do not wish to arrange the website hosting yourself: your website needs a space on the world wide web to actually exist in - this is provided by web hosting |
| (8) | Two basic changes (such as amending/adding text, adding images, moving the position of elements of the website) per month are free, as long as the change does not require extensive work or cause a redesign of the website to be necessary. In such cases, the work will be charged at £35 a hour (pro rata) |
